  2. You understand and agree that any content generated by DigiMarkAI is for your personal use only, and may not be sold, distributed, or reproduced without our written permission.

  3. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content posted using our tool, and we will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our product.

  4. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our product, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

  5. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our product if we determine that you are in violation of these terms and conditions.

  6. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our product constitutes acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.

Can I get a refund?

We immediately start training the AI with your content after you fill the form and incur high costs for doing that. Therefore we can't offer refunds after that happens.
